Friday Creamery started in a small kitchen at our childhood home in 2019.
Back then, we made ice cream in small batches and sold it through a pre-order system. We personally delivered every order around Jakarta. Along the way, we realized that people wanted healthier food but didn’t want to give up ice cream.
That’s when we knew ice cream could be better.
